Eric has worked in the field of business improvement for the past 30 years. His experience has been focused on Change Management, Leadership and Management Development, Culture Change Programmes to a wide range of organisations across the globe.
He likes to work closely with his clients building a strong relationship of trust and partnership and regularly goes the extra mile to ensure their success. He is very experienced in the use of business improvement models having worked with ISO9000, EFQM, ETP, and specifically for the past 20 years the Investors in People National Standard.

His successes with his clients in this area include ‘Best IIP Newcomer organisation of the year 2014’ and ‘Employer of the Year Platinum Award winner 2019’. He regularly speaks at International Conferences on Leadership, People Management and Culture Change and has published a number of Papers on the subject for Trinity College Dublin, Ulster University and Esade University in Barcelona. For the past 16 years he has designed and delivered Leadership development Programmes Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

His greatest passion is for helping the underprivileged children in the Townships in Cape Town. As an Ambassador for the Amy Foundation he has been actively involved in working with the children for the past 17 years and raising funds to help with their education and social skills development.
His mantra is “you make a living by what you earn but you make a life by what you give”.

His first book on giving back 'Moving Horizons' was published in 2018.
