This programme designed by Eric Jenkinson many years ago and developed and enhanced since then, has proven to be hugely successful for our clients.
It is aimed at Supervisor level, newly promoted Managers or Managers who have received minimal formal leadership development within an organisation. The objective of the programme is to the development of critical management and leadership skills to enhance communication skills, set the standard for accountability, delegate more effectively and manage the performance and productivity of their Teams. Our aim is to help your supervisors and managers to achieve a better balance between working in the business and working on the business.
Participants will be aware of the importance of how their leadership ability, how they manage performance the impact this has on achieving goals and objectives for themselves, their team and the organisation.
The aims and objectives of this programme would be delivered through 3 days of workshops. All subject matter referred to in the programme overview is supported by reference materials including handouts, case studies, theoretical references, exercises and practical examples from a range of organisations.
